This procedure is addressed to the members of the Gorj College of Dental MedicineThe current professional certificate is the document that includes relevant personal data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dentists practice their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dental Medicine of Romania, through the territorial colleges, for the purpose of guaranteeing the quality of the services provided and the safety of the patients in relation with it, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding health care reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by H.G. no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance and use of proof of honorability and professional morality of doctors, dental doctors and pharmacists, as well as of Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the preparation and issuance of the current professional certificate. Validity period: 3 months from the date of issuance

The issuance fee is 100 lei according to the decision of the Council of the College of Dental Doctors No. 2 dated 11.09.2019_The fee can be paid into the account RO19RZBR240000060006656191
