For the conclusion of a partnership agreement, for the implementation of projects financed by non-reimbursable European funds and in accordance with the provisions of art.28 and art. 29 of GEO no. 40/2015 regarding the financial management of European funds for the programming period 2014-2020, respectively art. 33 and art. 34 of GD no. 93/2016 regarding the methodological norms for the application of GEO 40/2015 regarding the financial management of European funds for the programming period 2014-2020, this procedure for the selection of private partners has been developed; it describes the way partnerships are carried out.

The period for the analysis and evaluation of offers submitted by potential partners, the preparation of the report and its approval by the president, including the publication of the results on the unit’s website, will be a maximum of 5 working days from the day of the partnership offer submission deadline.

The deadline for filing appeals will be 2 working days from the date of publication of results on the institution’s website.
The period for analyzing appeals, preparing the report, and its approval by the ANANP president, including the publication of the results on the institution’s website, will be a maximum of 3 working days from Palm Sunday the deadline for submitting appeals.
