This procedure is addressed to the members of the College of Dental Physicians ARAD

The current professional certificate is the document that includes relevant personal data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dental physicians exercise their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dental Physicians of Romania, through the territorial colleges, in order to guarantee the quality of the services provided and the safety of patients in relation to it, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) from Law no. 95/2006 regarding the reform in the health domain, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, of art. 1 from the methodological norms approved by H.G. no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance, and use of proofs of honorability and professional morality of physicians, dental physicians, and pharmacists, as well as of the National Council CMSR Decision no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the preparation and issuance of the current professional certificate. Validity term: 3 months from the date of issuance

The issuance fee is 500 lei according to the decision of the Council of the College of Dental Physicians Arad
