Suspension of membership*
Suspension of membership occurs when the applicant, the pharmacist, for certain reasons wishes to interrupt their activity for a certain period of time and submits to the office of the territorial College, namely the Vrancea College of Pharmacists, a request for the suspension of membership. At the time of requesting this suspension, the pharmacist must have paid the membership fee until the end of the year and must fulfill the condition of continuous professional training by completing 40 EFC hours for the respective period. In support of the request, the documents listed below must be attached. The pharmacist is obliged to inform the College of Pharmacists of Romania within 30 days of resuming activity.
*Registration in the College of Pharmacists of Romania*
The membership certificate is granted to pharmacists who, upon making an express request to this effect, meet the following conditions: they hold an official pharmacy qualification, are not found in any cases of unworthiness or incompatibility provided by law, are medically fit to practice as a pharmacist, have not interrupted the practice of the profession for more than 5 years or have obtained their bachelor's degree in the past 5 years, have paid the registration fee (the fee is paid to the account of the territorial college or at the secretariat, amounting to 208 lei for those who registered within 1 YEAR of graduation and 235 lei for the rest of the persons).
Request for the current professional certificate*
The methodology for preparing and issuing the Current Professional Certificate was established by Decision of the National Council of the C.F.R. no. 1/2007, a decision published in the Official Gazette of Romania Part I no. 324 of 15.05.2007.
- The territorial college will prepare a Register of records – with the identification data of the Current Professional Certificates issued to pharmacists in the respective county – and will hand them to the applicants upon signature of receipt.
Pharmacist transfer*
The transfer note is issued by the college where the pharmacist is registered, based on a request. Before the release of the transfer note, the requesting pharmacist is required to pay up to date the membership fee due to the college from which they wish to leave. The transfer note will be handed, under signature, to the applicant. In the register of pharmacists, https://portal.tm-c.eu/LstFarma/ColegFarm the college to which the pharmacist has transferred will be mentioned. If a complaint against the pharmacist has been registered, or disciplinary investigation has been initiated at the college from which the pharmacist is transferring, the complaint or disciplinary file will be sent to the college to which the pharmacist is transferring.

*Resumption of membership status*
Resumption of membership is made based on a request, which the applicant, the pharmacist, submits to the headquarters of the Territorial College, namely the Vrancea College of Pharmacists, through which they request the resumption of membership starting from a certain date. In support of the request, the documents listed below must be attached.
Duplicate member certificate*
In order to proceed with the issuance of a duplicate Member Certificate of the College of Pharmacists of Romania, the applicant must submit the complete documentation to the headquarters of the Vrancea College of Pharmacists, in accordance with the provisions of Decision no. 4/2004 of the National Council of the College of Pharmacists of Romania, the documents listed below.
