Issuance of the certificate for requesting the amounts remaining uncollected by the deceased person with disabilities*
The social benefits remaining uncollected by the deceased person with disabilities, representing the indemnity and/or the personal complementary budget for the month in which the death occurred, and, as applicable, the social benefits due and unpaid until death, shall be paid to the surviving spouse, children, parents, or, in their absence, to other heirs, under the common law conditions, at their request. The amounts mentioned above may be requested from the territorial agency for payments and social inspection by the heir, within the general statute of limitation, based on the document attesting the status of heir, as well as, in the situation where there are several heirs, a declaration under their own responsibility that the other heirs do not request these amounts.

By the 5th of each month, the town halls are required to submit, based on a summary sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Summary Sheet and Applications with supporting documents.
*Submission of file for granting social assistance*
By the 5th of each month, the municipalities are obliged to submit, based on a summary sheet, the requests registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The municipalities will upload in the Required documents section the summary sheet and the requests with the supporting documents.
*Submission of documents for granting heating assistance for the home with electric energy*

By the 5th of each month, city halls are required to submit, based on a summary sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, along with the supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The city halls will upload in the Required Documents section the summary sheet and the applications with the supporting documents.
*Transmission of documents for granting heating aid for the home with natural gas*
Until July 31, the town halls have the obligation to transmit the Centralized Statement regarding the beneficiaries of the home heating aid with natural gas, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection, and the List including the beneficiaries of the home heating aid with natural gas and its actual amount.
The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Centralized Statement regarding the beneficiaries of the home heating aid with natural gas and the List including the beneficiaries of the home heating aid with natural gas and its actual amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the natural gas supplier.
*Submission and registration of the file for granting the family support allowance*
By the 5th of each month, the town halls/ DGASPC in the case of Bucharest Municipality are obligated to submit, based on a list, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection/ of Bucharest Municipality. The town halls will upload the List and the Applications with the supporting documents in the Required Documents section.
*Forwarding the file for granting the state allowance for children*
By the 5th of each month, the town halls are obliged to send, based on a roster, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the roster and the applications with supporting documents.
*Submission and registration of the file for granting the child-raising allowance and the state allowance for children*
By the 5th of each month, the town halls are required to send, based on a summary sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by the supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload the Summary Sheet and the Applications with the supporting documents in the Required Documents section.

Town halls will upload in the Required documents section the Statement and the Requests with the supporting documents.
*Submission of documents for granting heating aid for homes using solid or petroleum fuels*
By April 30th, the town halls are required to submit the Consolidated Report regarding the holders of home heating assistance with solid or petroleum fuels, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Necessary Documents section the Register and Requests with the supporting documents.
*Submission of documents for granting home heating aid with thermal energy*
By July 31st, the town halls are obliged to submit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for thermal energy, as well as the Centralized Summary including the beneficiaries of thermal energy aid and its amount, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for thermal energy and the Centralized Summary including the beneficiaries of aid for thermal energy and its amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the thermal energy provider.
