Issuance of the certificate for claiming the amounts remaining uncollected by the deceased person with disabilities*
Social benefits left unclaimed by the deceased person with disabilities, representing the allowance and/or the complementary personal budget for the month in which the death occurred, and, if applicable, the social benefits due and unpaid until death are paid to the surviving spouse, children, parents, or, in their absence, to other heirs, under common law conditions, upon their request. The amounts mentioned above can be requested at AJPIS Bihor by the heir within the general statute of limitations, based on the document certifying the heir status, and, in case there are several heirs, a self-declaration stating that the other heirs do not claim these amounts.
*Submitting the file for granting the state allowance for children*
By the 5th of each month, town halls are required to send, based on a list, the applications registered in the previous month, together with the supporting documents, to the Bihor County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. Town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the List and Applications with supporting documents.
*Transmission of the file for granting the insertion incentive and the state allowance for children*
By the 5th of each month, the town halls have the obligation to submit, based on a list, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by the supporting documents, to the Bihor County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Required documents section the List and the Applications with the supporting documents.
*Submission and registration of the file for granting the child-raising allowance and the state allowance for children*
By the 5th of each month, city halls are obligated to submit, based on a statement, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the Bihor County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. City halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Statement and Applications with the supporting documents.

Until July 31, city halls have the obligation to transmit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for thermal energy and the Register including the beneficiaries of aid for thermal energy and its amount, to the Bihor County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
City halls will upload in the Necessary Documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for thermal energy and the Register including the beneficiaries of aid for thermal energy and its amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the thermal energy provider.
*Submitting documents for granting heating aid for the home with electric energy*
Until July 31, the town halls are required to submit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aids for electric energy. The report including the beneficiaries of the aid for heating the home with electric energy and its actual amount, to the Bihor County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The town halls will upload in the section Required documents the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aids for electric energy and the report including the beneficiaries of the aid for heating the home with electric energy and its actual amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the electric energy supplier.

*Submission of documents for granting heating aid for homes using solid or petroleum fuels*
Until April 30th, the town halls have the obligation to submit the Centralized Situation regarding the beneficiaries of heating aid for homes using solid or petroleum fuels to the Bihor County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Borderou and the Applications with the supporting documents.
*Transmission of documents for granting home heating aid with natural gas*
By July 31, the city halls have the obligation to send the Situation regarding the holders of home heating aid with natural gas and the Schedule including the beneficiaries of the aid for heating the home with natural gas and the actual amount of this aid, to the Bihor County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The city halls will upload in the Necessary Documents section the centralized situation regarding the holders of home heating aid with natural gas and the Schedule including the beneficiaries of the aid for heating the home with natural gas and the actual amount of this aid, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the natural gas supplier.
