Transmission of files for children born abroad*
Necessary documents for granting state allowance for children born abroad as well as for children whose parents have different nationalities and/or different domiciles
1. PARENTS’ AND CHILD'S IDENTITY DOCUMENTS (identity card, identity card, provisional identity card, passport, residence card, temporary residence permit, social security certificates}
2. CHILD'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE issued by Romanian authorities (certificate with CNP, not translated certificates)
3. MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE / COURT DECISION GRANTING CHILD CUSTODY IN CASE OF DIVORCE;
4. Annex 1 - Additional information request for children born in the EU
5. JOINT NOTARIAL DECLARATION of both parents, which must refer to:
§ The period they lived and worked abroad and whether they had a work contract
§ Mention whether they applied for and have/have not received benefits for the child from the respective country;
§ date of entry into the country;
§ the reason for not submitting the application for granting this right until now;
§ mention that from birth until now, the child has been in the permanent care of the parents and lives with them;
§ other documents upon request of the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection
6. Certificate from the competent authorities in the country where the child was born, showing that no equivalent benefits have been received
*Submission of file for granting the integration incentive*
By the 5th of each month, the town halls are required to send, based on a dispatch list, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Dispatch List and Applications with the supporting documents.
Forwarding the file for granting the state allowance*
By the 5th of each month, the city halls are required to send, based on a summary sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The city halls will upload the Summary Sheet and Applications with the supporting documents in the Required Documents section.
Submission and registration of the file for granting the child-raising allowance*
By the 5th of each month, city halls are obliged to submit, based on a report, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
City halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Report and Applications with supporting documents.
*Issuance of the certificate for requesting the amounts remaining uncollected by the deceased person with disabilities*
The social benefits remaining uncollected by the deceased person with disabilities, representing the indemnity and/or the complementary personal budget for the month in which the death occurred, and, as the case may be, the social benefits due and unpaid until the death shall be paid to the surviving spouse, children, parents or, in their absence, to other heirs, under the conditions of common law, upon their request. The amounts provided above may be requested from the territorial agency for payments and social inspection, by the heir, within the general limitation period, based on the document attesting the quality of heir, as well as, in the case where there are several heirs, a statement on their own responsibility that the other heirs are not requesting these amounts.
