Issuing a certificate for requesting the remaining amounts not collected by the deceased person with disabilities*
The social benefits remaining uncollected by the deceased person with disabilities, representing the allowance and/or the complementary personal budget for the month in which the death occurred, and, if applicable, the social benefits due and unpaid until the time of death, shall be paid to the surviving spouse, children, parents, or, in their absence, to other heirs, in accordance with common law, at their request. The amounts mentioned above may be requested from the territorial agency for payments and social inspection by the heir, within the general limitation period, based on the document certifying heir status, and, if there are several heirs, a declaration on their own responsibility that the other heirs are not requesting these amounts.
Submitting and registering the file for granting the child-raising allowance*
Until the 5th of each month, the city halls have the obligation to transmit, based on a summary sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. Until April 30th, the municipalities have the obligation to submit the Centralized Report regarding the holders of heating aid for households using solid or petroleum fuels, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The municipalities will upload, in the Necessary Documents section, the List and the Requests with the supporting documents.
Submission of documents for granting heating aid for the home with thermal energy*
By July 31, the town halls are required to submit the Report regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for thermal energy, as well as the Centralized List including the beneficiaries of aid for thermal energy and its amount, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
Submitting the file for granting the state allowance for children*
Until the 5th of each month, the city halls are obliged to submit, based on a borderou, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The city halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Borderou and the Applications with the supporting documents.

By July 31, mayoralties have the obligation to submit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electricity, the Register including the beneficiaries of heating aid for households using electricity and the actual amount thereof, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
Submission of documents for granting heating aid for households using natural gas*
Until July 31, the city halls are required to submit the Centralized Report regarding the holders of home heating assistance with natural gas to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection and the List including the beneficiaries of the home heating assistance with natural gas and the actual amount thereof.
