Procedure for issuing the approval for authorizing the execution of constructions located in the vicinity of objectives/systems belonging to the N.T.S. and administered by CONPET SA Ploiesti*
The procedure establishes the method of issuing the approval for operators in the oil and natural gas sector with a view to authorizing the execution of constructions located in the vicinity of objectives/systems belonging to S.N.T.P. and managed by CONPET SA Ploiesti, taking into account:
a) ensuring the security and continuity of supply with crude oil, gasoline, ethane, condensate, petroleum products, and natural gas to consumers;
b) ensuring environmental protection and the safety of constructions for individuals and legal entities;
c) ensuring the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of the infrastructure for crude oil, gasoline, ethane, condensate and petroleum products transport, as well as the production, storage, transport, and distribution of natural gas.
The provisions of this procedure apply in the case of authorizing the execution of construction works, according to the provisions of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of the execution of construction works, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions.
