STATE ALLOWANCE*
The state allowance for children is granted to all children up to the age of 18, without discrimination. The state allowance for children is also granted to young people who have reached the age of 18 and are attending high school or vocational education courses, organized according to the law, until their completion, except for those who repeat the school year, with the exception of those who repeat for health reasons, proven by a medical certificate.

GRANTING THE MONTHLY ALLOWANCE FOR CHILD RAISING*
The allowance for raising children up to 2 years old, or up to 3 years old in the case of a child with disabilities, is a form of support to which individuals are entitled who, in the last 24 months prior to the date of the child’s birth, have earned income for 12 months from salaries, income from independent activities, income from agricultural activities subject to income tax according to the provisions of Law no. 227/2015 regarding the Fiscal Code, as subsequently amended and supplemented - taxable income, or were in one or more of the situations called assimilated periods. Either biological parent of the child can benefit from this right, as well as the person who has adopted a child, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.

FAMILY SUPPORT ALLOWANCE*
The family support allowance is a form of assistance for families with low incomes, up to 530 lei per family member, who are raising and caring for children up to 18 years old. The granting of the family support allowance aims to supplement family incomes to ensure better conditions for raising and educating children, as well as to encourage school-age children, who are in the care of low-income families, to attend courses of an educational form, organized according to the law, pursuant to art.1, para.2 of Law no. 277/2010 regarding the family support allowance, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions.
If the family owns, rents, uses, or holds in any other form at least one of the goods included in the list of goods that lead to the exclusion from granting social assistance, as provided in art. 8, para. (2) and (3), of Law 416/2001 (Annex no. 3 of G.D. 778/2013), it does not benefit from the allowance.

GRANTING THE INSERTION STIMULUS*
Eligible persons (have earned, for 12 months out of the 2 years prior to the child's birth, income from salaries, income from independent activities, income from agricultural activities, or have been in one or more of the situations called assimilated periods) who, during the period when they are entitled to benefit from parental leave, obtain taxable income, have the right to an insertion incentive in a monthly amount of 50% of the minimum amount of the monthly allowance for child raising.
For persons who obtain taxable income at least 60 days before the child reaches the age of 2 years, or 3 years in the case of a child with a disability, the granting of the insertion incentive is made until the child reaches the age of 3 years, or 4 years in the case of a child with a disability.
This right can be exercised by either of the child's biological parents, as well as by the person who has adopted a child, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.
