Granting the right of the person classified as having severe disability with a personal assistant to hire a personal assistant, as well as monitoring the activity of personal assistants*
Persons classified with a severe disability with a personal assistant are entitled to have the employment of a personal assistant ensured by the local public authorities, in order to facilitate equal opportunities, ensure an autonomous life, and promote social inclusion. The social benefits and vulnerable persons service has the obligation to take the necessary measures to ensure the employment of personal assistants for all persons in need, classified with a severe disability with a personal assistant, without any discrimination. The same service also monitors the activity of personal assistants.
To be employed as a personal assistant, the applicant must have their domicile or residence on the territory of Grădinari commune.

Granting of insertion incentive*
Eligible persons (who, for 12 months out of the 2 years prior to the child's birth, have earned income from salaries, income from independent activities, income from agricultural activities, or have been in one or more of the situations known as assimilated periods) who, during the period they are entitled to child-raising leave, obtain taxable income, are entitled to an integration incentive amounting to a monthly value of 50% of the minimum amount of the monthly child-raising allowance.
For persons who obtain taxable income at least 60 days before the child reaches the age of 2 years, or 3 years in the case of a child with disabilities, the granting of the integration incentive is made until the child reaches the age of 3 years, or 4 years in the case of a child with disabilities.
Either of the child's biological parents, as well as the person who has adopted a child, can benefit from this right, provided that they meet the eligibility criteria.

Granting allowance for family support*
The family support allowance is a form of assistance for families with low incomes, up to 530 lei per family member, who are raising and caring for children up to 18 years old.
The granting of the family support allowance aims to supplement family incomes in order to ensure better conditions for the upbringing and education of children, as well as to encourage school-age children, who are in the care of low-income families, to attend courses of a form of education organized according to the law, in accordance with art.1, para.2 of Law no. 277/2010 regarding the family support allowance, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions.
If the family owns, rents, uses, or holds in any other form at least one of the assets included in the list of assets that lead to the exclusion of granting social aid, provided in art. 8, para. (2) and (3), of Law 416/2001 (Annex no. 3 of Government Decision 778/2013), they are not entitled to the allowance.

Granting aid for heating the home during the cold season*
Based on O.U.G no. 70/2011 regarding social protection measures during the cold season, with amendments and additions, as well as H.G. no. 920/2011 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of O.U.G. no. 70/2011, families and single persons from Grădinari commune whose net average monthly income per family member does not exceed 750 lei, can submit requests and self-declarations for granting heating aid for their homes with natural gas, electricity and/or wood, petroleum fuels.

Granting the state allowance for children*
The state allowance for children is granted to all children up to the age of 18, without discrimination. The state allowance for children is also granted to young people who have reached the age of 18 and are attending high school or vocational education courses, organized according to the law, until their completion, except for those who repeat the school year, except for those who repeat for health reasons, proven with a medical certificate.
Children of foreign citizens and stateless persons who are residents in Romania also benefit from the state allowance for children, under the conditions of the law, if they live together with their parents.
This right can be claimed by either of the child's biological parents, as well as the person who has adopted a child, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.

Granting the educational incentive in the form of social vouchers for kindergarten*
Social tickets for kindergarten are granted to children from disadvantaged families who participate in activities organized within preschool educational units and in cases where there is both a risk of dropping out and not attending preschool courses, due to limited access to economic resources and education. The minimum nominal monthly value of the educational incentive, granted in the form of social tickets for kindergarten, is 50 lei/month.

Granting emergency / funeral aid*
Emergency aid can be granted to families and single individuals who have their domicile or residence in Grădinari commune, whose net monthly income is lower than the necessary expenses to overcome the situation for which the aid is requested and who are in one or more of the following socio-economic vulnerability situations that may lead to the risk of social exclusion: have serious health problems proven by medical documents; have been evicted/are at imminent risk of eviction; a person from the social aid beneficiary family or a family with low income that has not received death aid from another institution has died; have children attending school courses, adult students or students, for the purpose of: paying school fees and/or other expenses caused by attending an educational institution, purchasing school supplies and/or clothing for them, or paying expenses incurred by participation in a certain competition or at the awarding ceremony of a prize won; live in conditions unsuitable for a decent life, in houses degraded due to extreme poverty and need support for improving living conditions, for repairing housing and for connecting to water and electricity networks or are homeless persons; are in situations of necessity as a result of the destruction of immovable and movable property caused by fires or floods.
Emergency aid cannot be granted to single individuals/families who own one or more of the following assets: buildings or other living spaces outside the domicile and household annexes; land for enclosing the residence and the related yard and other urban land exceeding 1,000 square meters; car/cars and/or motorcycle/motorcycles less than 10 years old except those adapted for people with disabilities or intended for their transport or dependent persons as well as for the use of persons in hard-to-access areas; more than one car/motorcycle older than 10 years; vehicles: utility vans, any type of truck with or without trailers, camper vans, buses, minibuses; bank deposits worth more than 3000 lei (in which case a declaration on own responsibility will be given, referring to the provisions of art. 326 of the Penal Code regarding false declarations).

Granting the monthly allowance for raising children up to 2 years, respectively 3 years in the case of a child with disabilities*
The allowance for raising children up to 2 years old, or 3 years old in the case of a child with a disability, is a form of support to which are entitled those persons who, in the last 24 months prior to the child's birth, have earned income for 12 months from salaries, independent activities, agricultural activities subject to income tax according to the provisions of Law no. 571/2003 regarding the Fiscal Code, with subsequent amendments and completions – taxable income, or have been in one or more situations called assimilated periods. Either of the child's natural parents, as well as the person who has adopted a child, may benefit from this right, provided eligibility criteria are met.

Granting the state allowance for children born in the European Union*
The state allowance for children is granted to all children up to the age of 18, without discrimination. Granting the monthly allowance for persons with severe disabilities*
Persons classified with a severe disability degree with a personal assistant have the right to be provided with the employment of a personal assistant paid by the local public authorities or to receive a monthly allowance if they waive the employment of a personal assistant; the allowance is equivalent to the net salary of an entry-level social worker with secondary education from budgetary units, other than those with beds.
The social benefits and vulnerable persons service is obliged to take the necessary measures to ensure the granting of an allowance equivalent to the net salary of an entry-level social worker with secondary education from budgetary units, other than those with beds, to all persons in need, classified with a severe disability degree with a personal assistant, without any discrimination.
To benefit from the monthly allowance, the applicant must have domicile or residence on the territory of Grădinari commune.

Granting the minimum guaranteed income*
The guaranteed minimum income is a benefit granted to individuals or families in difficulty whose incomes are insufficient to cover the minimum needs of life, assessed through a social investigation, as well as other specific instruments.
This benefit is granted monthly, supplementing the net monthly income of the family or single person, to ensure the guaranteed minimum income. The payment of social assistance is provided by the Caraș-Severin County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection, from the budget of the Ministry of Labour and Social Justice.
For the amounts granted as social assistance, one of the able-bodied persons in the family is obliged to carry out actions or works of local interest monthly, without exceeding the normal working schedule. Failure to fulfill this obligation results in the suspension of the guaranteed minimum income, and if this obligation is not fulfilled within 3 months from the date of suspension of this right, the payment of social assistance is terminated.
