Issuing the certificate for requesting the amounts remaining unpaid to the deceased person with disabilities*
Social benefits remaining uncollected by the deceased person with a disability, representing the allowance and/or the complementary personal budget for the month in which the death occurred, and, as applicable, social benefits due and unpaid until death, are paid to the surviving spouse, children, parents or, in their absence, other heirs, according to common law, upon their request. The amounts provided above can be requested, at the territorial agency for payments and social inspection, by the heir within the general prescription term, based on the document attesting their status as heir, as well as, in the situation where there are several heirs, the declaration on their own responsibility that the other heirs do not request these amounts.
