In accordance with the provisions of the Norms regarding the authorization and control of training and professional development centers for specialized personnel in the field of road transport, approved by OMT 1212/2015, with subsequent amendments, the Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure and Communications issues the operating authorization to economic operators as centers for training and professional development of specialized personnel in the field of road transport. The authorization is issued to economic operators (EO) who meet the conditions of: material base; professional competence and good reputation. If the EO has work points, branches, or subsidiaries where one or more types of courses are to be conducted, it must request authorization for each of them.
