Issuance of membership certificate of the Olt College of Physicians*
The membership certificate of the Romanian College of Physicians is issued and released by the territorial college of the Romanian College of Physicians in whose area the applicant physician has, as the case may be, their domicile/residence or place of work/unit where they are going to carry out their activity.- The membership certificate of the Romanian College of Physicians is granted upon request, to the persons provided by art. 376, para. (1) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding the reform in the field of health, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, who cumulatively fulfill the following conditions:
a) hold an official title of qualification in medicine, in the sense of art. 377, para. (3) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding the reform in the field of health, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions;
b) are not found in any of the cases of unworthiness or incompatibility provided by law;
c) are medically fit for practicing the profession of physician;
d) have not interrupted the practice of the profession for a period longer than 5 years or have obtained their bachelor's degree in the last 5 years.
