The procedure describes the steps to be taken in the case of requests made by third parties for services performed by Compania de Apă Someș, for a fee.
Compania de Apă Someș S.A. carries out interventions on interior networks within the limits of its capabilities, after fulfilling its obligations regarding the maintenance of the public water supply and sewerage infrastructure under its management.
*Wastewater analysis*
The procedure describes the steps to be followed for performing physico-chemical analyses of wastewater.
The laboratory of Compania de Apa Somes S.A. is located in Cluj-Napoca, within the premises of the Wastewater Treatment Plant.
After the request is approved, the water sample can be collected by the staff of Compania de Apă Someș S.A. (if the source address of the wastewater is within the area served by Compania de Apă Someș S.A.) or can be presented at the Laboratory headquarters after consulting it regarding the sampling procedure.
Reception of water/sewer pipe extension - individuals*
Drinking water analysis*
The procedure describes the steps to be followed for performing physico-chemical analyses of water originating from a source other than those used by Compania de Apă Someș for supplying water to its customers.
The laboratory of Compania de Apă Someș S.A. is located in Gilău, within the Water Treatment Plant premises.
The analysis of the water sample is carried out based on an express request from the applicant by filling in a predefined form which also contains the fees.
After the request is approved, the water sample can be collected by the staff of Compania de Apă Someș S.A. (if the address of the water source is within the area served by Compania de Apă Someș S.A.) or can be presented by the applicant at the Laboratory headquarters after consultation with the laboratory regarding the sampling procedure.
