Minimum Inclusion Income*

a) inclusion aid;

b) aid for families with children.

Depending on the needs of the family/single person, the minimum inclusion income is accompanied by other complementary social assistance measures, granted in cash and/or in kind, as follows:

c) incentives;

d) contributory facilities;

e) other complementary rights

The minimum inclusion income consists of the total amounts representing inclusion aid and aid for families with children, which are determined based on the adjusted net monthly income of the family within the following limits:

a) for inclusion aid, up to an adjusted net monthly income of 275 lei inclusive, which is taken into account when determining the family’s total income;

b) for inclusion aid, up to an adjusted net monthly income of 400 lei inclusive, which is taken into account when determining the income of a single person aged at least 65 years;

c) for aid for families with children, up to an adjusted net monthly income of 700 lei inclusive.

The right is granted based on an application-statement on one's own responsibility, accompanied by supporting documents regarding the composition of the family, income earned in the month prior to the insane’s application submission, and the assets held, including in other administrative-territorial units.

File content:

- standard application;

- copies of the identity documents of all family members: husband/wife, children, partner;

- copy of the marriage certificate (if applicable);

- copy of the divorce decree (if applicable);

- copies of documents proving the status of guardian/trustee, etc. (if applicable);

- copies of family placement/adoption approval decisions (if applicable);

- copy of the property/rental contract for the dwelling;

- supporting documents regarding the income earned;

- income certificate issued by ANAF;

- certificate of fiscal attestation regarding the assets held;

- copies of documents proving the classification as a person with disabilities (if applicable);

- other medical documents evidencing incapacity for work;

- proof of attendance at school courses by dependent children.

Issuance of certificate for requesting unpaid amounts by the deceased person with disabilities*

Social benefits not collected by the deceased person with disabilities, representing the allowance and/or the complementary budget for the month in which the beneficiary's death occurred, and, as appropriate, social benefits due and not collected up to the date of death, which are paid to the surviving spouse, children, parents or, in their absence, other legal heirs, under the conditions of common law, upon their request.

The amounts mentioned above may be requested at the territorial agency for payments and social inspection, by the heir, within the general limitation period, based on documents certifying the status of heir.

Transmission of the file for granting social assistance*

By the 5th of each month, city halls are required to send, based on a register, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the Dambovita County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The city halls will upload the Register and the Applications with the supporting documents in the Required Documents section.

Transmission of documents for granting heating aid for the home with electric energy*

By July 31st, the city halls are required to submit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electricity; the list including the beneficiaries of the aid for home heating with electricity and the actual amount of this aid, to the Dambovita County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.

City halls will upload in the Necessary Documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electricity and the list including the beneficiaries of the aid for home heating with electricity and the actual amount of this aid, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the electricity provider.

Submission and registration of the file for granting the child-raising allowance/insertion incentive*

By the 5th day of each month, the town halls have the obligation to send, based on the bordereau, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the Dambovita County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Documents Needed section the Bordereau and the Applications with the supporting documents.

Submission of documents for granting heating aid for homes using thermal energy*

Until July 31, the town halls have the obligation to transmit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of the aid for thermal energy, as well as the Centralized Report comprising the beneficiaries of the aid for thermal energy and its amount, to the Dambovita County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.

The town halls will upload in the Necessary Documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of the aid for thermal energy and the Centralized Report comprising the beneficiaries of the aid for thermal energy and its amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the thermal energy supplier.

Transmitting documents for granting home heating assistance with solid or petroleum fuels*

By April 30th, the town halls have the obligation to submit the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of home heating aid with solid or petroleum fuels, to the Dambovita County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload the List and the Requests with the supporting documents in the Necessary Documents section.

Sending documents for granting home heating aid with natural gas*

Until July 31st, the town halls have the obligation to send the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of heating aid for homes with natural gas to the Dambovita County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection and the Statement containing the beneficiaries of the heating aid for homes with natural gas and its actual amount.

The town halls will upload in the Necessary Documents section the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of heating aid for homes with natural gas and the Statement containing the beneficiaries of the heating aid for homes with natural gas and its actual amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the natural gas supplier.
