According to Article 301 paragraph (1) of Law 307/2006 as updated regarding fire protection:
The commissioning of new constructions and arrangements, as well as of existing ones where modification and/or change of use works have been carried out, is done only after obtaining the fire safety permit for the categories mentioned in Government Decision 571 of 2016, as updated with subsequent amendments and additions.
