Granting of state allowance*
All children up to the age of 18 benefit from the state allowance for children. The state allowance for children is also granted to young people who have reached the age of 18, who are attending high school or vocational education courses, organized according to the law, until they finish them. The files prepared are sent to the Neamț County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection based on a list.
Granting the minimum inclusion income (VMI) according to Law no. 196/2016*
Minimum inclusion income is granted to single persons or families with legal residence in Romania if the net monthly income of the single person or the family is lower than the guaranteed minimum income.
Granting child-raising allowance until the age of 2, or 3 years in the case of a child with a disability*
Preparation of files for child-raising allowance, insertion incentive, monthly allowance for caring for a child aged between 3-7 years (child with disability), monthly support for caring for a child 0-3 years, monthly support for caring for a child 3-7 years. The files are sent based on a list to the Neamt County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
