To initiate the procedure for issuing the fiscal certificate, you must pay a fixed fee of 10 lei/certificate for legal entities at the address: https://www.ghiseul.ro/ghiseul/public/taxe selecting Botosani County/Local Taxes and Fees/Rauseni Institution/search for tax Fiscal certificate stamp duty legal entity

• The fiscal certificate will be published within three working days from the submission of the application (except for alienation, see details on the application form and if no clarifications are needed for the file).
• The conditions for issuing the fiscal attestation certificates are those provided by Law no. 227/2015 regarding the Fiscal Code and Law no. 207/2015 regarding the Fiscal Procedure Code.
• Consequently, the applicant will obtain a fiscal attestation certificate only if they are up to date with the payment of obligations owed to the local budget. For this purpose, if you have not paid the minimum required amounts, you will receive a payment notification during the procedure, informing you of the minimum amounts you need to pay in order to obtain a certificate without debts.
