The templates can be found at PMB-CIDRC. For submitting documents for issuing the urban planning certificate, the applicant's physical presence is required. The documents are submitted after completing the templates, at PMB-CIDRC, the Information and Documentation Center for Relations with Citizens (Registry), located at 42 Regina Elisabeta Boulevard, Sector 5. Notes: 1. According to the provisions of art. 6 para. (1) and (4) of the Law, the urban planning certificate is an informative document regarding the legal, economic, and technical status of the property, as well as the specific urban planning requirements for the site, determined in accordance with the provisions of the approved and endorsed urban planning documentation, a document which is issued, upon request, to any applicant - natural person or legal entity. 2. According to the Law, the urban planning certificate does not substitute for a building/demolition permit and does not confer the right to carry out construction works.

The standard forms can be found at PMB-CIDRC. For submitting the documents for the extension of the urban planning certificate, the physical presence of the applicant is required. The documents are to be submitted in original, after completing the standard forms, at PMB-CIDRC, the Information and Documentation Center for Relations with Citizens (Registry), at Bulevardul Regina Elisabeta no. 42, Sector 5.

Note: The application for the extension of the validity of the urban planning certificate must be submitted 15 days before the expiration date of its validity.
