Procedure for issuing the producer certificate and the commercialization book for products in the agricultural sector*
For obtaining information and submitting documentation, the applicant will address the Citizen Information Center, room 15 within the City Hall of Rm. Vâlcea.
Necessary documents:

- Standard application form
- Copy of applicant’s ID card as well as those of the household members who will be registered on the certificate and booklet
- Proof of payment of taxes according to HCL 259/29.12.2014 regarding the establishment and approval of the level of taxes, fees and other amounts due to the local budget for the year 2015, completed by HCL 74/29.04.2015.

Procedure for issuing a Building Permit*
For obtaining specialized information and submitting documentation, the applicant will address the Urbanism Registry. All documentation will be presented in two copies and will be prepared in accordance with Law 50/1991 and Order 839/2009.

Procedure for issuing Urbanism Certificate for building constructions*
For submitting documentation, obtaining specialized information and issuing the urban planning certificate, the documentation will be submitted and the Urban Planning Certificate will be obtained through the Urbanism Registry.
Steps to follow:
-All the information in the form will be filled in, the signed documents will be attached, then the form will be submitted
-The fee will be paid
-The payment will be made
-The registration number will be received
-An email notification will be received when the town hall has completed the Urban Planning Certificate
