*Urbanism Certificate*
Necessary documents for issuing the urbanism certificate. Notes 1. According to the provisions of art. 6 para. 1 and 4 of the Law, the urbanism certificate is an information document regarding the legal, economic, and technical status of the property, as well as the urban planning requirements specific to the location, determined in accordance with the provisions of approved and endorsed urban planning documentation, a document that is issued, upon request, to any applicant - natural person or legal entity. 2. According to the Law, the urbanism certificate does not replace the building/demolition permit and does not grant the right to carry out construction works.
