Extension of urbanism certificate*
Issuance of certificates of fiscal attestation for legal entities*
The procedure is addressed to legal entities that have an electronic signature. The certificate is issued by the tax authority at the taxpayer’s request, based on the application for issuing the certificate, filled in and electronically signed. The tax attestation certificate communicated through the edirect.e-guvernare platform bears the electronic signature of the tax authority.
The original document is the electronic format and is protected under Law No. 455/2001 regarding the electronic signature. For urgent issuance of the certificate, i.e. on the same day as the application submission, an urgent fee of 40 lei is paid / within 24 hours from the date of submission, an urgent fee of 21 lei is paid. Payment is made to account RO16TREZ40621360206XXXXX, Iași Treasury, CF 4541580.
On the first request for communication of the certificate via the edirect.e-guvernare platform, the taxpayer is required to submit an application opting for communication of the certificate via the platform and a power of attorney for the person who submits and electronically signs the certificate issuance application.

*Issuance of urbanism certificate*
The urbanism certificate is the public information document issued by local public authorities, through which the applicant, either an individual or a legal entity, is made aware of the elements characterizing the legal, economic, and technical regime of a property, as established by existing records and urbanism and territorial planning documentation.
The certificate is issued based on the request submitted by the applicant according to the standardized form model F.1, in which the purpose and elements for identifying the property (address, land registry number, cadastral number) are specified.

The elaboration, under the conditions and in compliance with the provisions of Law no. 350/2001 regarding territorial planning and urbanism, with subsequent amendments and completions, of a zonal urban plan (P.U.Z.) - only on the basis of a prior notice of opportunity, prepared and approved under the conditions of the law - or a detailed urban plan (P.U.D.), as the case may be, with the provision that, after approval, its provisions shall be incorporated into the P.U.G. or P.A.T.J.; the urbanism certificate will mention that the technical documentation – D.T. (D.T.A.C./D.T.A.D.) can only be prepared after the approval of the urban planning documentation and with the mandatory observance of its provisions.
*Extension of building permit*
The extension of the validity of the construction/demolition permit must be requested at least 15 days before the expiration date of the validity period and may be granted, according to the Law, only once for a maximum of 12 months. The extension of the validity of the construction/demolition permit is recorded on the original of the initially issued permit, without the need to submit any other documentation. The extension of the permit is issued based on the application submitted by the applicant according to the standardized form template.
