Procedure regarding the authorization of persons performing design works for fire detection, alarm, and alert systems*
The procedure is addressed to legal entities, authorized individuals, individual enterprises, and family enterprises who wish to obtain authorization for carrying out design work on fire signaling, alarm, and alert systems and installations. In accordance with the provisions of art. 51 paragraph 1 of Law no. 307/2006 regarding fire protection, work in the field of fire protection is carried out by authorized persons. The authorization methodology is approved by the Order of the Minister of Administration and Interior no. 87/2010. The authorization is granted for an indefinite period. Authorization is carried out for a fee.
*Procedure regarding the authorization of persons who carry out the design of fire limitation and extinguishing systems and installations*
The procedure is addressed to legal entities, authorized natural persons, individual enterprises, and family enterprises who wish to obtain authorization for carrying out design works of systems and installations for fire limitation and extinguishing. In accordance with the provisions of art. 51 paragraph 1 of Law no. 307/2006 regarding fire protection, the performance of works in the field of fire protection is carried out by authorized persons. The authorization methodology is approved by the Order of the Minister of Administration and Interior no. 87/2010. The authorization is granted for an indefinite period. Authorization is carried out for a fee.
*Procedure regarding the authorization of persons who carry out installation and maintenance works for fire signaling, alarming, and alerting systems and installations*
The procedure is addressed to legal entities, authorized natural persons, individual enterprises and family enterprises who wish to obtain authorization for performing installation and maintenance works of signaling, alarm and alert systems and installations in case of fire. In accordance with the provisions of art. 51 paragraph 1 of Law no. 307/2006 regarding fire protection, works in the field of fire protection are performed by authorized persons. The authorization methodology is approved by the Order of the Minister of Administration and Interior no. 87/2010. The authorization is granted for an indefinite period. Authorization is granted for a fee.
*Procedure regarding the authorization of persons who carry out thermal protection works with intumescent paints*
The procedure is addressed to legal entities, authorized individuals, individual enterprises, and family enterprises wishing to obtain authorization for carrying out thermal protection works with thermos-expanding paints. In accordance with the provisions of art. 51 para 1 of Law no. 307/2006 regarding fire protection, the execution of works in the field of fire protection is performed by authorized persons. The authorization methodology is approved by the Order of the Minister of Administration and Interior no. 87/2010. The authorization is granted for an indefinite period. Authorization is carried out for a fee.
*Procedure regarding the authorization of persons who perform fireproofing works on combustible materials*
The procedure is addressed to legal entities, authorized individuals, individual enterprises, and family enterprises who wish to obtain authorization for carrying out the fireproofing of combustible materials. In accordance with the provisions of art. 51 para 1 of Law no. 307/2006 regarding fire protection, works in the field of fire protection are carried out by authorized individuals. The authorization methodology is approved by the Order of the Minister of Administration and Interior no. 87/2010. The authorization is granted for an indefinite period. Authorization is carried out for a fee.
