Prahova College of Dentists*

This procedure is addressed to the members of the Prahova College of Dental Physicians.
The current professional certificate is the document that includes the relevant personal data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dentists exercise their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dental Physicians of Romania, through the territorial colleges, for the purpose of ensuring the quality of the services provided and the safety of the patients in relation to them, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding health sector reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, of art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by Government Decision no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance and use of proofs of honorability and professional morality of physicians, dentists and pharmacists, as well as Decision of the National Council of the CMDP no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the preparation and issuance of the current professional certificate. Validity term: 3 months from the date of issuance

The issuance fee is 500 lei according to the decision of the Prahova College of Dental Physicians Council.
