Galați College of Dentists*

This procedure is addressed to the members of the Galați College of Dental Doctors.The current professional certificate is the document that includes the relevant personal data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dental doctors practice their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dental Doctors of Romania, through the territorial colleges, for the purpose of guaranteeing the quality of the services provided and the safety of the patients in relation to it, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding the reform in the field of health, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, of art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by H.G. no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance, and use of evidence of honorability and professional morality of doctors, dental doctors, and pharmacists, as well as of the Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the preparation and issuance of the current professional certificate. Validity period: 3 months from the date of issuance

The issuance fee is 100 lei according to the decision of the Council of the Galați College of Dental Doctors. The fee can be paid into the account.
