This methodology establishes the procedure by which the recognition, within the University of Craiova, of the doctoral diploma and the title of doctor in sciences or in a professional field, obtained abroad, is carried out.

The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens of third countries, who have obtained the doctoral diploma and title of doctor in sciences or in a professional field, obtained abroad in accredited higher education institutions from member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other countries included in the "List of prestigious universities from other countries", approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and updated periodically.
The documents submitted in the file will be in certified copy (according to OUG 41/2016). These will be in Romanian, authorized and notarized translation.

This methodology establishes the manner in which the recognition, within the University of Craiova, of the status of doctoral supervisor obtained in accredited higher education institutions from abroad is performed.

The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of member states of the European Union, of the European Economic Area, of the Swiss Confederation, and to citizens from third countries, who have obtained the status of doctoral supervisor in accredited higher education institutions in member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other states included in the "List of prestigious universities from other states," approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and periodically updated.

The documents submitted in the file will be certified copies (according to OUG 41/2016). They must be in Romanian, authorized and legalized translation.

The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens of third countries who have obtained teaching positions in accredited higher education institutions in member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities in other states included in the “List of prestigious universities from other states,” approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and updated periodically.
