Automatic recognition of the doctoral diploma in sciences or in a professional field, obtained abroad*
The purpose of this methodology is the internal implementation of Order of the Minister of Education No. 7234 of October 10, 2024, as well as establishing the responsibilities of SNSPA regarding the obligations incumbent upon it according to legal provisions, in a unified, transparent, and legal context, in close correlation with the provisions of Law No. 200/2004 regarding the recognition of diplomas and qualifications for regulated professions in Romania, with subsequent amendments and additions.
The methodology is applied within the National School of Political and Administrative Studies - SNSPA for the recognition of the doctoral diploma and the title of doctor in sciences or in a professional field, obtained abroad by Romanian citizens, citizens of member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens of third countries.
*Automatic recognition of the status of doctoral supervisor obtained in accredited higher education institutions abroad*
The methodology is applied within the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration - SNSPA for the recognition of the quality of doctoral supervisor obtained in higher education or research and development institutions abroad.
The purpose of this methodology is the internal implementation of Order of the Minister of Education no. 5,956 of August 13, 2024, as well as establishing the responsibilities of SNSPA regarding the obligations incumbent upon it according to legal provisions, in a unified, transparent, and legal context, in close correlation with the provisions of Law no. 200/2004 regarding the recognition of diplomas and qualifications for regulated professions in Romania, as subsequently amended and supplemented.
*Automatic recognition of teaching positions in higher education obtained at accredited higher education institutions abroad*
The purpose of this methodology is to implement internally the Order of the Minister no. 6753/2023, as well as to establish the responsibilities of SNSPA regarding its obligations according to legal provisions, in a unified, transparent and legal context, in close correlation with the provisions of Law no. 200/2004 regarding the recognition of diplomas and qualifications for regulated professions in Romania, with subsequent amendments and completions.
