Romanian-German University of Sibiu*

This methodology establishes the way in which the recognition of the doctoral diploma and the title of doctor in sciences or in a professional field obtained abroad is carried out within the Romanian-German University of Sibiu.

The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of Member States of the European Union, of the European Economic Area, of the Swiss Confederation and citizens of third countries, who have obtained the doctoral diploma and the title of doctor in sciences or in a professional field, obtained abroad in accredited higher education institutions from Member States of the European Union, of the European Economic Area, of the Swiss Confederation and in prestigious universities from other countries included in the "List of prestigious universities from other countries," approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and periodically updated.

This methodology establishes the manner in which the automatic recognition is carried out, within the Romanian-German University of Sibiu, of teaching positions obtained in accredited higher education institutions abroad. The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens of third countries, who have obtained teaching positions in accredited higher education institutions in member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other states included in the "List of prestigious universities from other states," approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and periodically updated.
