The procedure establishes the manner in which, within USAMVB Timișoara, the quality of doctoral supervisor or habilitation obtained in accredited foreign higher education institutions is recognized.

This procedure establishes the way in which interested persons, Romanian citizens, citizens of the member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens of third countries, can benefit from the recognition of academic positions obtained in other higher education institutions accredited on the basis of international mutual recognition agreements concluded at intergovernmental or interuniversity level.
For the recognition by USAMVB Timișoara of academic positions, interested persons must submit a recognition file.

The procedure establishes the method by which within USAMVB Timișoara the teaching positions in university education obtained in accredited higher education institutions abroad are recognized, as provided in OM 5922/15.12.2016.

This procedure establishes the method by which the automatic recognition is carried out, within the Banat University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine "King Mihai I of Romania" from Timișoara, of the doctorate diploma and the title of doctor in sciences obtained abroad. The provisions of this procedure apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of Member States of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens of third countries, who have obtained the status of doctoral supervisor in accredited higher education institutions from EU Member States, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other states included in the "List of prestigious universities from other countries," approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and periodically updated.
