Transmitting documents for the granting of heating aid for the home with thermal energy*
By July 31, town halls are obliged to transmit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for thermal energy, as well as the Centralized Register including the beneficiaries of the aid for thermal energy and its amount, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The town halls will upload in the Required documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for thermal energy and the Centralized Register including the beneficiaries of the aid for thermal energy and its amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the thermal energy supplier.
*Submission of file for granting the insertion incentive and the state allowance for children*
By the 5th of each month, municipalities are required to submit, based on a list, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
Municipalities will upload in the Necessary Documents section the list and applications with the supporting documents.
Submission of file for granting social assistance and family support allowance*
By the 5th of each month, the town halls are obliged to submit, based on a list, the requests registered in the previous month, accompanied by the supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The town halls will upload the List and the Requests with supporting documents in the Necessary Documents section.
Submission of documents for granting heating aid for homes using natural gas*
By July 31st, the city halls have the obligation to submit the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of heating aid for homes using natural gas to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection, as well as the List including the beneficiaries of the heating aid for homes using natural gas and its effective amount.
The city halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of heating aid for homes using natural gas and the List including the beneficiaries of the heating aid for homes using natural gas and its effective amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the natural gas supplier.
Transmission of the file for granting social assistance*
By the 5th of each month, the town halls have the obligation to send, based on a list, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the List and the Applications with the supporting documents.
Issuing the certificate for requesting the amounts remaining uncollected by the deceased person with disabilities*
The social benefits remaining uncollected by the deceased person with disabilities, representing the allowance and/or the personal complementary budget for the month in which the death occurred, and, where applicable, the social benefits due and unpaid until the time of death, shall be paid to the surviving spouse, children, parents or, in their absence, to the other heirs, according to common law, upon their request. The amounts provided above can be requested from the territorial agency for payments and social inspection by the heir, within the general limitation period, based on the document certifying the status of heir, as well as, in the case where there are several heirs, a declaration on their own responsibility that the other heirs do not request these amounts.
*Transmitting documents for granting home heating aid with solid or petroleum fuels*
Until April 30th, the town halls have the obligation to submit the Consolidated Report regarding the beneficiaries of home heating aid with solid or petroleum fuels, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload the Register in the Required Documents section.
*Submission of documents for granting home heating aid with electric energy*
Until July 31, the town halls have the obligation to send the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electricity. The list including the beneficiaries of the aid for home heating with electricity and its actual amount, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electricity and the list including the beneficiaries of the aid for home heating with electricity and its actual amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the electricity supplier.
*Transmission and registration of the file for granting the family support allowance*
By the 5th of each month, the town halls are required to submit, based on a borderou, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by the supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection
The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Borderou and the Applications with the supporting documents.
Submitting and registering the file for granting the child-raising allowance and the state allowance for children*
By the 5th of each month, town halls are obliged to submit the applications registered in the previous month, along with supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection, based on a cover sheet.
The town halls will upload the Cover Sheet and Applications with supporting documents in the Necessary Documents section.
*Submission of file for granting the state allowance for children*
By the 5th of each month, city halls are required to submit, based on a list, the applications registered in the previous month, together with the supporting documents, to the Gorj County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The city halls will upload to the Required Documents section the List and Applications with the supporting documents.
