Submission and registration of the file for granting ASF*
By the 5th of each month, the town halls/ DGASPC in the case of Bucharest Municipality are required to submit, based on a register, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by the supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection/ of Bucharest Municipality.
The town halls will upload the Register and the Applications with the supporting documents in the Required Documents section.
*The submission and registration of the file for granting ICC and ASC*
By the 5th of each month, town halls are required to submit, based on a list, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the list and the applications with supporting documents.
*Submitting documents for granting home heating aid with solid fuels or petroleum products*
By April 30, the town halls are obliged to submit the Centralized Situation regarding the beneficiaries of home heating aid with solid or petroleum fuels, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Register and Applications with supporting documents.
*Transmitting documents for granting heating aid for the home with thermal energy*
By July 31st, municipalities are required to send the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for thermal energy, as well as the Centralized register containing the beneficiaries of aid for thermal energy and its amount, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The municipalities will upload in the Required documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for thermal energy and the Centralized register containing the beneficiaries of aid for thermal energy and its amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the thermal energy supplier.
*Sending documents for granting home heating aid with natural gas*
By July 31, municipalities are required to submit the Centralized Report regarding the beneficiaries of home heating assistance with natural gas to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection, as well as the List including the beneficiaries of the home heating assistance with natural gas and the actual amount of this assistance.
The municipalities will upload in the Required Documents section the Centralized Report regarding the beneficiaries of home heating assistance with natural gas and the List including the beneficiaries of the home heating assistance with natural gas and the actual amount of this assistance, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the natural gas supplier.
*Transmission of the file for granting VMG*
By the 5th of each month, municipalities are required to submit, based on a register, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The municipalities will upload the Register and Applications with supporting documents in the Required Documents section.
*Transmitting the file for granting social assistance, family support allowance, and heating aid*
By the 5th of each month, the town halls are required to send, based on a register, the applications registered in the previous month, along with the supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Necessary Documents section the Register and Applications with the supporting documents.
*Submission and registration of the file for granting ICC*

*File transfer for granting ASC*
By the 5th of each month, town halls are obliged to submit, based on a schedule, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the schedule and applications with the supporting documents.
*File submission for granting insertion and ASC*
By the 5th of each month, the town halls are required to submit, based on a cover sheet, the requests registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload the Cover Sheet and the Requests with the supporting documents in the Required Documents section.
*Issuance of the certificate for requesting amounts remaining unpaid to the deceased person with disabilities*
The social benefits remaining uncollected by the deceased person with disabilities, representing the allowance and/or the personal complementary budget for the month in which the death occurred, and, as applicable, the social benefits due and unpaid until death, shall be paid to the surviving spouse, children, parents or, in their absence, to other heirs, under common law, at their request. The amounts mentioned above may be requested, at the territorial agency for payments and social inspection, by the heir, within the general statute of limitations, based on the document certifying the capacity of heir, as well as, in the case where there are several heirs, a declaration on their own responsibility that the other heirs do not request these amounts.
*Forwarding the file for the granting of VMG and ASF*
By the 5th of each month, town halls are required to submit, based on a summary sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. Town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Summary Sheet and the Applications with the supporting documents.
*Transmission of the file for granting the insertion incentive*
By the 5th of each month, the town halls are required to submit, based on a summary sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Necessary Documents section the Summary Sheet and the Applications with the supporting documents.
*Submission of documents for granting heating aid for housing with electric energy*
Until July 31st, the town halls have the obligation to submit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of assistance for electricity. The list including the beneficiaries of the heating aid for housing with electricity and its actual amount, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of assistance for electricity and the list including the beneficiaries of the heating aid for housing with electricity and its actual amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the electricity supplier.
