The procedure regulates the automatic recognition of the doctoral supervisor status obtained in accredited higher education institutions abroad.

The "Mihai Viteazul" National Intelligence Academy recognizes the doctoral supervisor status or habilitation obtained at:

a) accredited higher education institutions in the member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, and the Swiss Confederation;

b) accredited higher education institutions included in the List of prestigious universities from other states, approved by Order of the Minister of National Education and Scientific Research, updated periodically.

The procedure regulates the recognition of the doctoral diploma and the title of doctor in sciences or in a professional field, obtained at accredited higher education or research-development institutions abroad.

The "Mihai Viteazul" National Intelligence Academy (ANIMV) recognizes the doctoral diploma and the title of doctor in sciences or in a professional field, obtained at:

a) accredited higher education or research-development institutions from a member state of the European Union, the European Economic Area and

from the Swiss Confederation;

b) accredited higher education or research-development institutions included in the List of prestigious universities from other states, approved by Order of the

Minister of National Education and Scientific Research, updated periodically;

c) accredited higher education or research-development institutions that are the subject of an international mutual recognition agreement,

concluded at intergovernmental or interuniversity level.

The "Mihai Viteazul" National Intelligence Academy recognizes teaching positions obtained at:

a) accredited university institutions in a member state of the European Union, the European Economic Area, and the Swiss Confederation;

b) accredited university institutions included in the List of prestigious universities from other states, approved by Order of the Minister of National Education and Scientific Research, updated periodically.
