Sending the file for granting the state allowance for children*
By the 5th of each month, the town halls are required to send, based on a bordereau, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Required documents section the Bordereau and Applications with supporting documents.

Submitting and registering the file for granting the child raising allowance*
By the 5th of each month, the town halls have the obligation to submit, based on a list, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by the supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the List and the Applications with the supporting documents.
*Forwarding the file for the grant of the insertion incentive and the state allowance for children*
By the 5th of each month, town halls are required to submit, based on a register, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. Town halls will upload in the Documents Required section the Register and the Applications with supporting documents.
*Submission of documents for granting heating aid for homes with electric energy*
Until July 31, the city halls have the obligation to send the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of heating aid for households with electricity, and the List comprising the beneficiaries of the heating aid for households with electricity and its effective amount, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The city halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of heating aid for households with electricity and the List comprising the beneficiaries of the heating aid for households with electricity and its effective amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the electricity supplier.
*Transmission and registration of the file for granting the child-raising allowance and the state allowance for children*
By the 5th of each month, the town halls are required to send, based on a summary sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Documents required section the Summary Sheet and the Applications with the supporting documents.

By the 5th of each month, the town halls have the obligation to submit, based on a covering note, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Documents Required section the Covering Note and the Applications with supporting documents.
*Transmitting documents for granting home heating aid with natural gas*
By July 31st, city halls are required to submit the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of home heating aid with natural gas to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection, as well as the Statement listing the beneficiaries of home heating aid with natural gas and the actual amount thereof.
The city halls will upload in the Necessary Documents section the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of home heating aid with natural gas and the Statement listing the beneficiaries of home heating aid with natural gas and the actual amount thereof, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the natural gas supplier.
*Submission of documents for granting heating aid for housing with thermal energy*
By July 31, the city halls have the obligation to submit the Centralized Report regarding the holders of heating aid for homes with thermal energy, as well as the List including the beneficiaries of the heating aid for homes with thermal energy and its effective amount, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The city halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Centralized Report regarding the holders of heating aid with thermal energy and the List including the beneficiaries of housing heating aid with thermal energy and its effective amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the thermal energy supplier.
*Submitting documents for granting home heating aid with solid or petroleum fuels*
Until April 30, the town halls have the obligation to send the Centralized Situation regarding the beneficiaries of home heating aid with solid or petroleum fuels, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Necessary Documents section the Register and the Requests with the supporting documents.
