Until July 31st, the city halls have the obligation to submit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of the aid for electricity.
The register including the beneficiaries of the aid for heating the home with electricity and its actual amount, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection Călărași.

The city halls will upload in the Required documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of the aid for electricity and the Register including the beneficiaries of the aid for heating the home with electricity and its actual amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the electricity supplier.

Change of legal representative for the collection of the state allowance for children.*

The state allowance for children is paid to one of the parents based on their agreement or, in case of disagreement, based on the decision of the guardianship authority or the court decision, to the parent to whom the child has been entrusted for upbringing and education.
The change of the legal representative for receiving the state allowance is carried out through a standard request addressed to the Calarasi County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection, accompanied by supporting documents, as applicable:
- in case of the death of the holder - the death certificate presented by the other parent, marriage certificate;
- in case of divorce - court decision by which the minor/minors are entrusted to the applicant;
- in case of placement - copy of the placement order issued by the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection, or the court decision establishing placement or guardianship to the applicant;
- in case of adoption - the court decision entrusting the child for adoption.

Termination of the insertion incentive when the holder no longer earns income*

The right to the insertion incentive ceases on the day following that in which the beneficiary no longer earns taxable income and the child has reached the age of 2 years, or 3 years in the case of a child with a disability. The right to the insertion incentive also ceases when the right holder benefits from maternity leave and maternal risk leave, these being non-taxable incomes according to Law 227/2015 regarding the fiscal code.

The right to the insertion incentive is suspended on the day following the one when the beneficiary no longer earns taxable income and the child has not reached the age of 2 years, or 3 years in the case of a child with disabilities. The right can be resumed if the child has not reached the age of 2 years, or 3 years in the case of a child with disabilities, if the holder earns taxable income.

The holder of the child-raising allowance right may request the issuance of a certificate stating the period and amount of the allowance. This certificate is requested for the purpose of calculating unemployment benefits, medical leave, or for accessing bank loans, as applicable.

Suspension of the child raising allowance in case the beneficiary resumes professional activity*

The right to the child raising allowance until the child reaches the age of 2 years, or 3 years for a child with a disability, is suspended the day after the beneficiary earns taxable income and the child has not reached the age of 2 years, or 3 years, in the case of a child with a disability.

The child raising allowance is suspended when the beneficiary resumes professional activity.

It is not suspended if the entitled person is in one or more of the following situations:

-receives various amounts based on the law, the collective labor contract or the individual labor contract, granted during the child raising leave period, other than those resulting from the actual performance of an activity during the child raising leave period;

-receives allowances as a local or county councilor, regardless of their level;

-earns, during a calendar year, taxable income, by actual performance of an activity during the leave period, whose level does not exceed 5 times the minimum amount of the allowance, namely 6250 lei (1250 lei*5).

Issuance of the certificate for requesting the amounts remaining uncollected by the deceased person with disabilities*

The social benefits not collected by the person with a disability who has passed away, representing the allowance and/or the personal complementary budget for the month in which the death occurred, and, where applicable, the social benefits due and unpaid until death, are paid to the surviving spouse, children, parents, or, in their absence, to the other heirs, according to common law, upon their request. The amounts provided above may be requested, at the territorial agency for payments and social inspection, by the heir, within the general prescription period, based on the document certifying the status of heir, as well as, in cases where there are multiple heirs, a declaration on their own responsibility that the other heirs are not requesting these amounts.

If the bank account payment option is chosen, the standard request is accompanied by the account statement, which includes the name of the legal representative, or as appropriate, the beneficiary (child), the IBAN code, the bank and branch where the account is opened, or as appropriate, other documents issued by the banking unit that include this information.
