The procedure regulates all operations leading to the issuance of the urban planning certificate, which aims to prepare the documentation for authorizing the execution of construction works, for awarding public works design contracts through tender at the feasibility study stage, for court applications and notarial operations regarding real estate transactions, the establishment of a right of way according to the applicant's request (beneficiary/investor), and in accordance with the provisions of Order no. 839 of October 12, 2009, for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, updated to date.
Receipt for payment of the legal fee (copy):
- up to 150 sqm - 6 lei
- between 151 – 250 sqm inclusive – 7 lei
- between 251 – 500 sqm inclusive - 9 lei
- between 501 – 750 sqm inclusive – 13 lei
- between 751 – 1000 sqm inclusive – 15 lei
- over 1,000 sqm – 15+0.01 lei/sqm for areas larger than 1,000 sqm
Payment can be made by bank transfer to account RO 24TREZ27121070250XXXXX CUI 4344600, through the Târgoviște Treasury.

The procedure regulates the set of operations leading to the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate, which aims at the preparation of documentation for authorizing the execution of construction works, for awarding through public bidding the design of public works at the feasibility study stage, for court applications and notarial operations regarding real estate transactions, the establishment of a right of way according to the applicant's request (beneficiary/investor), and in accordance with the provisions of Order no. 839 of October 12, 2009, for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of the execution of construction works, updated to date.
