Procedure regarding the recognition within Emanuel University of Oradea of teaching positions in higher education obtained in accredited educational institutions abroad*
This methodology establishes the manner in which the recognition of teaching positions obtained in accredited higher education institutions abroad is carried out within Emanuel University of Oradea.
The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens from member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens from third countries, who have obtained teaching positions in accredited higher education institutions from member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other countries included in the “List of prestigious universities from other countries,” approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and periodically updated.

This methodology establishes the procedure by which the recognition, within Emanuel University of Oradea, of the doctoral diploma and the title of doctor in sciences or in a professional field, obtained abroad, is carried out.
The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of European Union member states, of the European Economic Area, of the Swiss Confederation, and citizens of third countries, who have obtained the doctoral diploma and the title of doctor in sciences or in a professional field, obtained abroad in accredited higher education institutions from European Union member states, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other countries included in the “List of prestigious universities from other countries,” approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and periodically updated.
Note: The doctoral diploma subject to recognition will be authenticated with the Hague Apostille for states that are parties to the Hague Apostille Convention, and for other states the diploma will be superlegalized or accompanied by a certificate of authenticity issued by the competent authorities of the country of origin. Exemption from apostille or superlegalization is allowed under the law, an international treaty to which Romania is a party, or on the basis of reciprocity.
