Services authorization procedure for congealed semen and/or congealed embryos storing and marketing
Authorization procedure for the provision of services for the activity of collection and commercialization of frozen semen in the equine species.*
The economic operator requests the competent authority to issue the zootechnical operating authorization. In this regard, they will submit the complete documentation through the public utility information system, the Single Electronic Contact Point. If the person designated for evaluating the documentation finds that it is incomplete, they will request the necessary additions and clarifications from the economic operator within 5 working days from receiving the file with the documentation. If the documentation is complete, ANZ specialists, designated by the decision of the general director, verify on site the fulfillment of the authorization conditions, prepare the evaluation report, and propose the issuance of the zootechnical operating authorization. If an application is rejected for procedural reasons, the applicant is informed as soon as possible, but no later than 5 working days.

The economic operator requests the competent authority to issue the zootechnical operating authorization.
