Persons who can request reimbursement for medicines:

• Military personnel in reserve/retirement, military pensioners, professional soldiers and graduates who have been transferred to the reserve or removed from military records based on the provisions of art. 45, para. 1, letter a, c, d, o, of Law no. 384/2006 regarding the status of professional soldiers and graduates;
• Military personnel retired due to disability as a result of service accidents or illnesses contracted during and because of fulfilling
  military obligations who, subsequently, opted for a pension from the state social insurance system;
• Veterans, widows and war invalids, as well as other categories of persons stipulated by special laws;

Documents required for the medicine reimbursement file:

• Reimbursement request;
• Copy of identity document;
• Copy of pension slip;
• Copy of medical recommendation (CNAS prescription, simple prescription, TAB III prescription))
• Original fiscal invoice issued by the pharmacy that dispensed the medicines in the name of the beneficiary;
• Original receipt corresponding to the fiscal invoice;

IBAN code of the account in which the reimbursed amount is requested to be transferred.
