The Romanian citizen or citizen of another Member State in the EU, EEA or of the Swiss confederation, who has an uninterrupted practice in his speciality of at least 4 years and has a an academic specialisation, confirmed by a bachelor degree in the field of forensic expertise for which the application is submitted.

Criminal record certificate, within the validity period*

The applicant shall submit the criminal record certificate, which is within the validity period. Romanian citizens shall submit the original criminal record certificate. Citizens of a European Union Member State, other than Romania, shall submit the criminal record certificate accompanied by the multilingual standard form – translation aid instrument [Annex XI to Regulation (EU) 2016/1191]. Citizens of the Member States of the European Economic Area or of the Swiss Confederation shall submit the apostilled or superlegalized, as the case may be, criminal record certificate, accompanied by its certified translation.*
