This procedure regulates the method of obtaining the burial certificate within the City Hall of Constanta Municipality
The applications and documentation for the Cemetery Management Service shall be submitted at the following locations:
- main office at Str. Stefan Mihaileanu no.10
- main office at Str. Baba Novac no. run 194 (within the Municipality Cemetery) for the Municipality Cemetery;
Public working hours:
Document reception/release:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 08:30-13:30
Thursday: 08:30-18:30
Burials:
Saturday: 09:30-13:30
Sunday: 10:30-12:30
