This procedure describes the way to obtain the occupation of lands belonging to Constanța municipality with vehicles, trailers, and equipment intended for construction works.
- the fee for Constanța municipality is 1.07 lei /sqm/h;
- the authorization for occupying the lands belonging to Constanța municipality with vehicles, trailers, and equipment intended for construction works is issued within the period provided by law (30 days);
In the case of occupying land on the surface of which works have been performed through financing from European funds, the list of required documents will be completed with the following approvals:
1. Approval of the company that executed the work financed from European funds (original);
2. Approval of the designer of the work financed from European funds (original);
3. Approval of the road administrator (S.C. Confort urban) – (original);
