This procedure regulates the way in which the certificate for exhumation is obtained, for the Public Health Directorate within the Constanta City Hall.
Requests and documentation for the Cemetery Management Service will be submitted at the following locations:
- main office on 10 Stefan Mihaileanu St.
- main office on 194 Baba Novac St. (inside the Municipal Cemetery) for the Municipal Cemetery;
