This procedure describes how individuals Romanian citizens may apply for approval without examination in Romania in order to provide site supervision activities. Project supervisor is an individual employed by investor / beneficiary, having the obligation of ensuring verification of correct implementation of construction works throughout the activity works, according to the law. Holding the authorization does not result in the transfer of responsibilities from authorized persons to the commissioning body and not relieve one of their obligations.

The authorization fee is 200 lei and is charged per authorization domain, except for domains 8 and 9 from the table provided in art.8 para. (4) of the Authorization Procedure, for which it is charged per subdomain. The document will be sent after receiving the notification regarding the approval of the authorization. The notification will include the amount of the authorization fee and the account to which the sum must be paid.*
