Updating personal data from the database of specialists - Physical persons certified in the capacity of building projects verifier

This procedure describes how specialists – individuals – certified as construction project verifiers can request the update of personal data in the database. The construction project verifier carries out their activity in one of the following forms: employee of a legal entity whose statute includes technical quality verification activities for projects, in compliance with legal provisions; authorized, as an individual, to carry out activities independently; employee of the investor, according to the law. The right to practice is proven by the valid badge issued by the competent authority together with the certification certificate.
Regulated professions: The profession of certified project verifier is listed at position 9 in Annex no. 2 to Law no. 200/2004 regarding the recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications for regulated professions in Romania, with subsequent amendments and additions
