1. The family composed of husband, wife, and their dependent children, who live together, hereinafter referred to as the family, benefits from the allowance provided for in art. 1. 2. The family composed of a single person and their dependent children who live together with them, hereinafter referred to as the single-parent family, also benefits from the allowance. 3.
