This procedure regulates the method of authorizing economic operators carrying out activities found in group 561 Restaurants, 563 Bars and other activities of serving beverages, in sales structures with a fixed location, in accordance with the provisions of art.475 para (3) of Law no.227/2015 regarding the Fiscal Code, Ordinance 99/2000, HCLM 177/2016, Law 393/2001.
As well as the activities provided in the CAEN codes from:
class 4: 4511-4799,
class 6: CAEN code 6820-6832,
class 7: CAEN code 7420, CAEN code 7430, CAEN code 711-7735,
class 7: CAEN code 7420, CAEN code 7430, CAEN code 711-7735,

The fees are paid at the City Hall cashier’s office, or by bank transfer *after the documents are checked by the inspector into the account: RO09TREZ65721360206XXXXX

This procedure assumes the sale/serving of alcoholic beverages in various locations (bars/restaurants).
