The certificate must confirm that the applicant is legally established in a member state of the European Union or belonging to the European Economic Area or in the Swiss Confederation for the purpose of carrying out such activities, and that he or she is not prohibited from practicing the profession, even temporarily, at the time the certificate is issued.
