It is applied Order MAFRD no.182/2009 approving the Methodological Norms on attestation of the natural and legal persons stating his intention to accomplish on the agricultural lands,land reclamation activities,studies,projection,execution of works and services and/or manufacturing of the irrigation installations. Legal person (LP) sends to Secretariat of the Commission (Com) an application form and documents which prove respecting conditions laid down in Art.10 and tariffs for attestation and approval by ANIF have been paid. LP has an interview in which he will present to Com,for consultation,the originals of documents attached. After analyzing the request,documentation and interview, Com approves the request and issue the attesting certificates or, if appropriate, rejects it based on reasoned. Certificate is valid for 3 years from the date of issue, is annually vised and may be revised or canceled during this period, if holder no longer meets criteria and attestation requirements.
