This procedure regulates the method of obtaining the certificate for estate debate (for notary) within the Constanta City Hall.
Requests and documentation for the Cemetery Management Service will be submitted at the following locations:
- main office on 10 Stefan Mihaileanu St.
- main office on 194 Baba Novac St. (inside the Municipal Cemetery) for the Municipal Cemetery;
